Add Tag column to Course List

In the "Courses" list, we should be able to add a column for the course's tags. The whole point of tags is to be able to sort by them, yet it's not an option. Makes no sense.

Scheduled Reports | Default times

Currently the default times reports are scheduled is based off the portal location NOT the portal's default time zone. As an EU Portal user in the Americas, I'm getting my scheduled reports at the end of the day instead of at Midnight.
