Template admin - Department & Sub departments only
It would be a great help if we could have Department admins taht are able to create templates for their and sub-departments, WITHOUT having access to Client settings and other permissions that the System admin has.

There is currently no option in the search filters to search empty or blank fields. This would be very helpful to identify users with missing data fields.
Hide Inactive Courses from Course Enrollment Forms
When enrolling users into courses in the Admin Experience, only active courses should be displayed since an enrollment into an inactive course will not be visible to the learner
