Ability to ARCHIVE global resources instead of delete them.

Would like the capability to archive (make inactive) global resources. Currently if it is no longer needed you have to delete it, which removes the viewer history.

Add Course Status to User Enrollments

Since all courses show up in the User Enrollments (even when inactive) it would be helpful to be able to filter by Course status and filter out the active or inactive courses. I recommend adding Course Status to the filter and column options.
