Enable What's Next tile to show upcoming courses within a Curriculum
Currently when you have an ILC within a curriculum, and you have the dashboard toggle to hide courses that are part of a curriculum switched on, then that ILC will not appear in the What's Next tile. Honestly this seems like more of a bug to me.

While clients access our catalogs, the tiles that show title, "on-Line Course", star rating etc, should be able to show the number of hours the course is without having to go into the course description and review credits.

Today, the show completed courses toggle appears in My Courses but not in the Catalog. By adding this new toggle to the Catalog, learners can easily filter out completed courses.
Mandatory courses in curriculum should still show in Mandatory Ribbon
