Adding a re-enroll and cancel enrollment button to the manager experience. When enrolling learners in a course they have already done but the certificate has expired they get an "error" message.

With the recent update it looks like the manager experience is limit to a single assignment to a single employee at a time. We need to allow managers to choose multiple assignments and MORE IMPORTANTLY multiple employees.

The manager experience is not feasible for us if direct reports have to be individually assigned. Being able to do it by dept and all sub depts would make this workable for us.

Include Observation Checklist Reviews in Manager Experience

It would be awesome if we could allow managers to complete the review process for observation checklists in the Manager Experience instead of having to navigate to the Reviewer Experience. We often have managers set to be the reviewers.
