It would be nice to have a field that allows a supervisor to mark themselves out of office and either send approval requests to the next level supervisor or have that person designate an alternative approver in their absence.

Add ability to bulk approve external training submissions
Add the ability to bulk approve external training submissions. Today when I try to select more than one submission, the approve button grays out. It's not efficient for managers to approve submissions one by one.
It would be helpful to be able to add custom fields to the external training templates. If this is not possible, maybe offer the ability to change the titles of existing fields (like Description).
