Course Categories visibility settings

Be able to set visibility settings for a course category from the administration side (I'm able to see many categories I am not included in the course admin settings)

Direct link to resource tab

In the completion email for our courses, we would like the ability to add a link that goes directly to the resources for that course. As it is, the best we can do is put a link to the course and instruct them to click on the resource tab.
