Certificate Date should be customizable

Majority of the certificates have information of date completed as "Completed on the n'th day of Month Year". Have the ability to make the Acquired Date in that format.

Allow partially correct answers in Assessments

When creating an assessments with multiple correct answers, allow partially correct answers (for example, a learner chose 2 out of 3 correct answers and will get some of the scoring instead of failing the entire question).

Add Course Status to User Enrollments

Since all courses show up in the User Enrollments (even when inactive) it would be helpful to be able to filter by Course status and filter out the active or inactive courses. I recommend adding Course Status to the filter and column options.
