Report on Parent Department name, not just ID

Currently when downloading a report with the Parent Department, you can only report with the ID not the Parent Department Name.

Search shouldn't return courses with no future sessions

There is no method for automated deactivation of courses so it's a manual process, so any courses that do not have available future sessions should not be displayed when searched in the learner experience.
