Searching the ideas portal by someone's name would be a huge help! I have team members who submit ideas and it can be tedious to find or I rely on them sending a link.

ILC sessions should have an in progress state in addition to future and past

ILC session should have an in progress or live state in addition to future and past sessions. At the moment, once the session starts, it is marked as a past session, which is a problem if the user wants to see current sessions that are happening.
