There needs to be a comments box on every "Edit Activity" page so that when Admins need to make changes, they can write of the change, who made them, when, and the reason for the change.
This is very important for companies subject to ISO 13485 and FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
Absorb should automatically track who made the changes and when. It seems they only track some activities in the system and not all (such as WHO approved an upload). Necessary if this is a system to be utilized for compliance training.
Yes we need the ability to view quickly who gave the learner credit for completion and an option to put in a comment of why.
I work in an FDA-regulated industry, as well. This is a much-needed feature!
