We need the ability to auto-send rosters for ILTs in a scheduled email report. We have many ILTs that have multiple sessions, but each session is the same content, so it is always new learners. The sessions occur on the same day of the week, and alternate/ rotate. So, week 1 might have a session of course A, week 2 has course B, week 3 has course C, then it restarts -- week 4 has course A, week 5 has course B, week 6 has course C, etc.
Right now, we have to go into each individual session to see the roster and participant information under Manage Grades and Attendance. We would like the ability to have Today's and This Week's full roster from the Manage Grades and Attendance page with participant information automatically emailed to instructors in a scheduled report each day/ week.
