Ability to automatically assign badges/ competencies based on when a learner completes a course. For example, we'd like to have an Eager Beaver badge that is awarded to learners who complete the course within 4 days of enrolling or within 4 days of the course access date opening. (Sometimes we enroll learners before the access date just so they can see the course exists ahead of time).
