Due to the quantity of courses we want to review at once in the learner proress report, we cannot create a report layout due to an error message that says the maximum number of filters has been exceeded. It is taking a long time to run this report daily because each time we must manually select the courses. Adding "contains" or "starts with" to the "course" filter would solve this problem.

You can now type the course name you’re looking for within the filter. Similar to the "contains" or "starts with" options, all courses matching your input will appear as a selection. Please refer to the screenshot below for guidance.
