ILC Zoom Mark Attendance based on attendance of 75% more
Have the ability to only have learners marked as attended if they attended more thant 75% of the Zoom ILC session OR have the duration auto-populated in Absorb so we can untick those who attended less than 75%
This would make our instructor's workload infinitely easier. Right now, we require 80% attendance of our live courses (which range from 2-5 hours). Using autofill, instructors still have to manually make note of an enter who attended for what portion. Our current protocol is that if someone attended for less than 80% of the course, they get a score of 50 and are marked Absent. But this is tedious and time-consuming. Being able to set both a global and per session threshold would be ideal. Along with the system making a differentiation between totally Absent and partially absent/present (i.e. Absent vs Not Complete being options for ILC attendance within the Mark Attendance page (not only in the Manage Grades and Attendance Page) or marking Absent and what percentage of the class they attended as the score or as its own column).
However, an important thing to note would be that sometimes Zoom's end early/late or start early/late, so being able to account for this would also be important.
I like flexibility and knowledge. To me that means that I would like the per meeting option and would like to see who logged in but did not make it to the 75% threshold. In fact it would be nice to know who dropped off at what percentage. If I see that people are dropping off as soon as credit is given, 75%, then I know that the content is not engaging. If it is close to the 75% then there may have been an error requiring that I reach out to them. If it was a low percentage then they may not have been interested after signing in.
Thank you for reaching out.

Thank you for adding this idea. I'd like to clarify your expectations on how a feature like this might work. Would you see the threshold as being a global or a per-meeting setting? How configurable would you like to see that threshold? Would you like to also see those potential matches who are below the threshold?
