I'm currently found myself in the position that I need to message 345 users about a course that they have not completed. Unfortunately the dynamic fields are not able to be used here and I'm worried that using a generic term like "Dear Learner" will cause the learner to think that the message is spam and not read it. Would be nice to have this function here.
We've found that we have to use the Password Reset and New User messages in cases like these in order to get those field.
