Thank you for sharing your idea with us. While we don’t currently have the feature(s) you are requesting, we believe we’ve identified a suitable workaround that can help you achieve your desired results.
This new feature allows you to add a custom field. To use it, go to Portal Settings, select Custom Fields, and create the rules you’d like to apply. You can choose between a text field or a list where you can input job roles assigned to your users. Once set up, save your changes and navigate to the Users page. Here, you can update existing users or assign roles when creating new users.
After configuring the custom field, you can go to the Groups page to create or edit a group using rules based on your custom field.

Agreed - is Admin, is Manager, etc is available in the User report but NOT available when trying to identify users for Groups, rules, etc. Currently having to make a custom field with the exact same data so we can filter.

It would also be good to allow for Automatic/Self Enrollment rules that have "Is Manager" as an option!
