Adding a Signature feature

Hello,

I work for the Region of Waterloo, specifically the Region of Waterloo International Airport. I am in charge of the Training Program. We are heavily regulated by Transport Canada in all aspects (training, construction, procedures, compliance, etc., etc.). I have been using Absorb to upload courses , sign-offs, training, etc. lately. Currently I am only able to get an acknowledgement from staff by including a "survey" in the curriculum. They survey just has a compliance statement with an "I agree" option to check off. This does not meet Transport Canada's requirement for "signature". From what I understand the "e-signature" option in Absorb just gives the user a specific pin # they enter in. This also does not meet regulations. Is there any way to incorporate some kind of authentic signature like in Docusign?

The E-Signature objects supports a PIN or the user's system password.

It would be great to enhance the electronic signature features to come closer to what Docu-Sign and/or Adobe provide. At minimum, allow the electronic signature date/time data field that is already gathered to be added as a dynamic field so it can...

Option to have a someone electronically sign a document (not just re-enter credentials or pin). This would allow for a learner's supervisor to sign off on something if the supervisor is not in the system.
