I have about 350 managers, who are the "manager/supervisor" for their team. I need all of those managers to do observations for their employees.
Currently, I have to create a unique course for each manager, or create groups of managers and assign those groups as reviewers. Either way, it will require me to build many different courses, when I could just make 1 course that automatically assigns the reviewer role to a user's manager.
I'm not sure if this is what this idea is asking, but I agree if this is adding the manager/supervisor for automatic sign off at the end of a checklist. I am creating two separate checklists/courses even (because notifications suck) so that a manager/supervisor can sign off on a checklist that I have to also teach them how to search the observation checklist activity report....
