Course Activity Report - Use course keyword

Currently, in the Course Activity Report, you have to select the individual courses you want in the report.

I have a course that is published each month showing the changes in our system. Every month, "Release Overview" is included in the title, but the rest of the title changes. For example, there might be "Release Overview Jan 2024" and "Release Overview Feb 2024". Each month, I need to go to my saved course report and manually add in the new release overview courses (there are a minimum of 3 each month as we publish slightly different versions for each client).

Instead of this manual work, I'd like to be able to have a filter that is "Course" includes "Release Overview", i.e. a keyword, rather than selecting the individual courses.

Thank you for sharing your idea with us! We’re excited to let you know that your suggestion has been implemented and is now live on our platform.

This enhancement is available in the Course Activity Report. You can now search for a course by typing a keyword, and all courses containing that keyword in their title will appear. From there, you can easily select the course you’re interested in. Please refer to the screenshot below for reference.

Your input played a vital role in making this improvement possible, and we sincerely appreciate your contribution. If you have any questions about this feature or further suggestions, we’d love to hear from you!
