Employees will often re-complete the same course achieving the same certificate. This is due to compliance regulations mandating the courses to be refreshed on a regular period.
The core system shows each time a certificate is achieved as a new line item, which means expired, old certificates are pulling through although a new certificate has been achieved to replace this entry.
We would like to keep the history of the records, but want them hidden so only the latest certificate shows as visible as the default option. It would ultimately move the old record into "historic" and then if you wish you could go in and view the "historic" records.
This would be anywhere which shows the certificates achieved such as in the learner transcript screen, learner certificate screen and the certificate screen report.
