It would be massively useful to be able to filter users with the filter option of 'completed', 'incomplete' or 'not enrolled' in a designated course. For example, I have a group of 2k new hires in the last 3 months, some of which received the new hire training package and some of which who did not due to an issue with the enrollment rules. I need to see who out of the 2k has not yet received an enrollment in a list of courses so I can assign them now.

This enhancement is available in the Course Enrollments Report. On this page, you can now add columns for Status and Is Enrolled. These columns will provide information based on your example, such as whether a course has been completed, is incomplete, or if a user is currently enrolled in the course. Please see the screenshot below for reference.
