We would like the ability to edit the permissions for custom roles (ex. Admin) or at least have the ability to rename the custom roles (ex. if the default Admin role isn't what we need, we create a custom role but want to rename the default one so we know how to use it).

While we don’t have the exact feature you requested at this time, we believe we’ve identified a suitable workaround to help achieve the desired results. You can duplicate your roles and customize them accordingly. Any default role may have hidden permissions that will also be duplicated, ensuring you don't lose any abilities when customizing your roles.
