Report showing group membership, department and job title for learners

It would be really useful to have access to a report that would show changes that have happened to a learners account that is exportable the history within the user profile only provides some information. I'd like to be able to view when an account was created, the department, job title, groups the learner is or has been a member of when they were added or removed from these. This would be beneficial in identifying why someone was or wasn't' assigned to applicable trainings or groups.
