Add the "Is Manager" field as an option for automatic enrollment rules

We are launching a series of courses and curricula for managers. While there is an "Is manager" field in the user profile, there is not an option to use this identification for automatic course enrollments. It would be great to be able to add this to the course enrollment options so I can easily assign courses to managers only or to non-managers only.

    This has been a major pain-point not having the ability to target managers in an auto-enrollment feature, we have hundreds which is unrealistic to handle manually, I've been shocked this wasn't a pre-built feature to target this subset of users in a group or directly within automatic enrollment rules.
