All of our courses have associated course numbers and in the admin part of the system, we are using the External ID field as our course numbers for reporting purposes etc.
The roadblock we currently face is our employees relay on the course code to cross-reference to a training framework, etc. It would be beneficial for both learners and managers to have the External ID field as an option on the Transcript. It could be before or after the course name, but as long as it's another field available on the Transcript.
Similarly, this should also be included in the manager dashboard and not have to be included within the course name.
