The community has come up with a huge amount of ideas to improve the various Absorb products, many of which are fairly simple but would make a big difference to users. This year almost all of my ideas have been reviewed and its been decided they will have a low probability of being ever implemented.
We only subscribe to the basic version of Absorb, the product itself hasn't really changed that much for us so its really disappointing that things that look easy to implement won't ever see the light of day.
I suggest you look into employing more developers to fix/add new features or you'll risk losing customers.
