You can now find this enhancement when editing or creating an online course. Simply go to the Enrollment Rules section and select the group you’d like to add.
Additionally, you can visit the Groups report page, select the group or groups you want to add, click on "View Users," select all users, and then click "Enroll Users."

I use groups to define specific "audiences". Being able to enroll an entire group without having to first view the users would be a timesaver.
