Reinstate numeric values for progress percentages in Learner Progress reports

In the late Summer or early Fall of 2021, Absorb appears to have changed the progress percentages in the Excel & CSV versions of the Learner Progress reports to text instead of numeric values.

We produce several reports for our clients containing calculations performed on these progress numbers, meaning that we now need to convert them to numeric format before we can do so. Some of our reports list close to 100 courses for hundreds of users.

I frankly don't see the reasoning behind this change and would like to see it reversed.

Thank you for sharing your idea with us! We’re excited to inform you that your suggestion has been implemented and is now live on our platform.

You can find this enhancement by adding the "Progress of Enrolled" column to the Learner Progress Report. This column now displays numerical values instead of text. Additionally, these numerical values will remain consistent when downloading the report in Excel format.

Your input was instrumental in making this improvement possible, and we sincerely appreciate your contribution. If you have any questions about this feature or additional suggestions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
