Can we have the payment for the course to happen after approval of the course enrollment? Currently, they pay for the course and then wait for approval of the course. This would cause too many refunds, if they are to be rejected.

Course Activity Report list courses separated by Category
When reviewing the course activity report, allow an admin to have the view of the courses separated by category OR, the courses listed underneath categories for ease of search.
Please show inactive users on the credits report. There are times we need to deactivate users but still report how many completions we have on a course- we use the credits report to show completions on multiple courses on a single report.
It would be great to see availability rules from the table view of all the global resources so we could confirm they're set appropriately without clicking into each one.

A system Admin should be able to track the time on a course when marking it completed. Currently it shows 0d 0h 0m 0s for the duration of the course when marked off completed by an admin. I want to give them credit and use it for MSHA tracking time.
