Add "Select All courses" option in Learner Progress report

This would save us a lot of time. Currently we have to individually select all courses on our LMS to get a progress report of all courses for all leaners. It would be good if there was a "select all" option for the courses filter.

For Internal Learners, only bill/charge for active learners at the end of month/year.

During the Summit, two Clients mentioned that they have to delete inactive learners in order to avoid being charged. This causes them to have to export the inactive learners transcripts prior to deleting them.

When adding courses you can restrict admin visibility and editing ability to admins from specific departments. It would be good to be able to this with question banks and collaborations too.

New User Email Requirement

When manually adding a new user, can you make the email field a requirement? Currently, it is not; therefore, it is easy to set a user up in the system without notifying them if the Admin didn't add their email.
