Update email address/username

Allow the user to update their email address in their profile, and then have that update their username, if the email address is their username.

Direct link to resource tab

In the completion email for our courses, we would like the ability to add a link that goes directly to the resources for that course. As it is, the best we can do is put a link to the course and instruct them to click on the resource tab.
