Survey Question Bank and Duplication

We need to be able to duplicate surveys and save survey questions in a question bank. It is tedious and inefficient to have to create similar surveys from scratch each time.

Allow learners to upload a profile photo of any dimension and select the square section they want to use.

The system requires the learners profile photo to be a perfect square, otherwise it distorts it. Most other systems such as Linkedin or Whatsapp allow the user to upload any photo and zoom and select the area they waht to use.
