Add rich text editor to the Manage Questions section of the Assessment builder.

It would be nice to have more options for editing text when you're creating quizzes and tests (bold, bullets/numbering, different color text, etc).

Calendar ILC Sessions need to show the NAME, not a number

The calendar currently shows the number of the session instead of the name of the session on the calendar view. For very obvious reasons, this is a problem.
