I have a 1 year expiration on all my courses. I would like those courses to somehow hide after the expiration date has passed. I find that the less noise a user sees in their "course view" the less they will get overwhelmed, and they will be more likely to actually take the courses. I know this is not currently a feature, but I'd love to have the ability to automatically hide any course that has expired. I don't see the purpose in keeping an expired course visible, however I do see the purpose in keeping a user enrolled so that data never disappears.
If this idea is considered, please turn this into a toggle option as I DO NOT want expired courses to hide. Expired courses still need to be completed by our users.
I couldn't have agreed more. If the course expired don't let the learners see it. The only place for it is in the transcript.
