Improve New Knowledge Base System/Support Site

Insertion of a Search Bar on top of page- need to go to home page every time to initiate a search/ scroll down to the bottom of the page, time consuming during demos

Improvement of screen and scrolling experience- the top half of the page takes up logo and ticket field before search results appear

Articles are either removed or not found in search- updates of articles removed by topic would be appreciated as many articles we use are pre-saved and used in RFPs/RFIs and email responses etc

    Hi all,

    Please be advised our Knowledge Base has undergone an overhaul since the posting of this idea. The search bar is now available on all pages, our Table of Contents functionality has changed, we now have 'Related To' articles available to the right hand side and we are continually working on our SEO to improve the client experience.

    It is currently not possible to auto-open all collapsible headings at once. However, this has been noted for future improvements to the KB.

    Thank you all for your input. This is invaluable to our Customer Enablement team as we continue to improve our self-help tools.

    Don't force the URL to a location in an article to change as the user scrolls down the page unless they deliberately click an entry in the Table of Contents. Otherwise it takes multiple clicks to get back to your search results if the article doesn't answer your question.

    It would be VERY helpful if the collapsed sections could all be opened at once. Having them collapsed is a problem when looking through large pages and doing CTRL-F to find something on the page. If the sections are not collapsed, then every section needs to be opened to find the specific bit of information we're looking for
