It is really important for us to respond quickly when someone conducts a transaction from our public catalog. The purchased gets immediate feedback in the form of a receipt and emails. But there doesn't seem to be a way to notify our sales and finance teams quickly.
Right now, we have a view of transactions. We saved the layout and schedule it to email daily. But there doesn't seem to be a way to notify more frequently or when the transaction happens.
We need this as well. It would be very helpful if we could either copy admins or a particular email on the transaction receipt email or have a separate notification generated when transactions are completed for immediate notification.
