Swap order of Support Ticket conversations to Oldest at the top and Newest at the bottom

I have some very long support tickets and the newest responses are at the top of the ticket, but my reply has to be entered at the bottom of the ticket, making it very hard to reference what was said and reply to everything I need to. Can you please reverse the order of the ticketing system so that newest items are at the bottom, OR put the response text box near the most recent item?

    I am also really struggling with this every time I have a reply in a ticket. The latest response from Absorb is at the top, but I need to scroll waaaaay down to the bottom to write my reply. As I often have to go back and check what was said/refer to the previous comment, I'm constantly scrolling up and down. Very time consuming and frustrating! (I wish I could upvote this multiple times! LOL)
