Absorb releases software updates every 2 weeks, on top of that there are minor rele3ases like the 02-May-022 release. Although some of these releases may not impact the user functionality, being part of FDA regulated industry it is important that we not only assess the risk but also perform a valid test on the new release.
Unlike other vendors we work with, Absorb's idea of Sandbox is far from the industry the standard. It is outdated, does not allow testing of integrations (such as LinkedIn integration) and we are recommended to use Test Departments on Production environment for testing.
It would be a great help if the Sandbox emulates the Production environment, then we will not have to mess with the production environment
