We have a few mandatory compliance courses with an assessment that must be passed within 2 attempts or the course has to be retaken. When learners fail, the course falls off of the Mandatory Courses ribbon on the learner dashboard, and they forget that they still need to complete the training with a passing assessment score.
I believe this is happening because Learner Progress reports show failed courses with a 100% progress, so Absorb recognizes those as done even though they're not truly complete. Is this something that can be addressed in the Learner Experience refresh?
