right now, if a module is complete (with reenrollment turned off) the information is clear, the button show up as complete
but if we have the reenrollment turned on, the completed wording becomes reenroll and it is something they are not used to. The black check mark is small and they do not understand it. and they would click reenroll again and email us why they need to complete it again. maybe updating the icon/ wording would help
