When starting an Activity Report, the LMS page opens with a filter ready for you to select a course for data to be populated. This filter lists every single course available within the LMS, regardless of department.
We currently have 52 courses across 3 contracts (department) and when having to create Activity Reports for one contract, its frustrating to have to sift through unrealted courses to find the ones needed. The little time wasted searching for a course is enough to be inefficient.
This process of the Activity reports needs to be more user friendly by allowing to filter down the selectable courses by department. This way we would only see the course that belong to a single contract and that we need to choose from, thus increasing efficiency
This is a good idea. We don't have any capacity to add this functionality this year but I will mark it as reviewed and keep it open so when we do have the capacity to look at adding this we can bring it in under this idea.
