We are trying to find better ways to promote courses that have been added to our LMS. Having the course mentioned in an HR update on our intranet or other internal publications is reliant on the employee taking the time to read these items. Can we create a Message Template similar to the Course Enrollment template? This way all users will get an email when a new course is added, which is harder to ignore. We can modify the enrollment template to include all users who we are enrolling in a specific course to get an email that a new course has been added, but cannot have an automated message go to those users who we set the Self Enrollment for (until they enroll themselves). I think this would help greatly in marketing the products we create for our LMS. Example has been attached.
