Add Option To Skip Running Empty Reports

Please add an option (checkbox) to skip running on 1) The Course Activity and 2) The Curricula Activity Reports, if they are EMPTY.

Use example: I could set a Report to run every night. But, if the report is empty, Absorb will skip it. Hence, I will only receive the report on days when there is new data in it. (Example attached.)
