External Training Form - User Editable

To whom it may concern,

Please consider implementing the following for the "External Training Form"

1. Regarding time entry Is it possible to remove the hour requirement that is linked to it by making the hour its own category?

2. Make the expiration date auto fill to one year from the date the class was completed

3. Make the form editable by the submitter and the supervisor of the submitter
