It would be very helpful from a compliance stand point for there to be a category or mandatory filter on the Learner Progress report. Our Team Leaders must check their teams' mandatory training compliance and it would be helpful to have the percentage overview for the learners on their team.
It is currently an extra step to go into each individual's enrolments and then filter by category (we have all our mandatory modules in their own category). This is fine if they have small teams but some Team Leaders are responsible for reporting on 30 or so people.
For reporting purposes, as we are an NHS provider and need to provide compliance percentages to the CQC, it would be great to see each individual's mandatory compliance percentages.
