In A5 we can share report layouts on the platform with any other individual user.
We find this really helpful to share useful reports across project teams.
It also reduces admin time as reports can be shared rather than created by multiple individuals - New reports can then be created using a shared layout as a template.
In the Admin refresh report layouts can only be shared with groups.
This means reporters will have to ask us to create bespoke groups to allow them to collaborate on reports.
Please we have the ability to share report layouts with users.
Totally agree as well. In addition, would be nice to share with users with a certain role.
I agree with this idea, it's kind of a pain to have to create a group if you want to share a report layout with just one person!
