We would like a feature that will allow us to identify knowladge gaps in teams on a shift basis.
We have engineers that work on shift patterns and we need each shift to have certain skills. If a shift didn't have a required skill, we would like the LMS to send an alert, so the supervisor could sort the training for this. Part of this would require a shift rota tool built in.
