While the course proctor tool is useful for some instances, we would find it helpful to have an ability to assign course access codes to restrict the completion of a course until specifically authorized. We run group events which are effectively being proctored, though we find it more time consuming than it is worth to have the instructor/admin to run around the room and enter their login credentials to grant access to the assessment. We need to the course to be enrolled before the learner shows up for the session, through we need to restrict the completion of the assessment until the end of the day.
