Make a distinction between SCORM "launches" and "attempts" (See screenshot)

When: SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 object with assessment, multiple attempts allowed by the LMS

What: LMS shows Max Attempts, but logs launches

Why it's a problem: An assessment will show a max of 2 attempts, but then display that a learner has had a larger number of attempts which is confusing and misleading to learners.

Proposed solution: 1) Change the Attempts count to count attempts, not launches or 2)Change the label from "attempts" to "launches" and add a counter to count actual attempts

Note: My understanding is that the term "launch" refers to any time a SCORM object is opened, and "attempt" refers to a completion of the object, i.e. when a user gets to the results slide/final slide of an assessment/course, that attempt is over. The next launch would count as the 2nd attempt.
